About this site
This site is essentially an information point. The Picardie Tourist Board
is not a commercial organisation. We are here to help you plan your visit
to our region, and to give you access to as much information as we can
assemble for you. That includes details of our hotels, and of some special
offers that they have agreed to make to you through this website.
Accuracy of information
We use our best endeavours to check all the information as it comes in,
whether it's from hotels or chambres d'hôtes (B&B) or from a site or a
museum, etc. Sadly, it's not always possible to prevent the odd mistake
or to keep track of changes (we don't always hear about them!). So - please
do not rely on anything that might be crucial to you without double-checking
the facts for yourself. The Picardie Tourist Board cannot accept responsibility
for any inaccuracies in the information on this website.
Help us to get it right
If you discover that anything on this site is wrong, please email
us right away so that we might correct it.
And please email us too with suggestions for other information you would
like to find here.
Indeed, we hope that you will submit your discoveries, especially the
good ones, to "YOUR REVIEWS"
page so that we and other Picardie-Pausers can benefit from your experience.
Booking Hotels, etc We also provide you with the opportunity to
find and even to book somewhere to stay in Picardie. The information about
each establishment is based on what they have supplied us with.
However, the key thing to bear in mind is that you book directly with
the establishment. The Tourist Board
are not Travel Agents nor are we Tour Operators, and we cannot therefore make bookings on your behalf.
Booking one of Picardie's "Special Offers"
We are always happy to publicise on this site any special offers that our hotels or other establishments wish to make so that visiting Picardie is even better value. Always check details of such offers carefully as "terms & conditions" normally apply - such as being subject to particular days of the week or time of year, a date limit (i.e. must be taken by a certain date), subject to availability, and so forth.
Small print or 6 points to remember
- In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any of the listed
establishments, it is in your own interest to sort it out on the spot
immediately. As we say, we are not, and cannot be, intermediaries
between you and a hotel (or any other type of accommodation!) The
Regional Tourist Board of Picardie regrets that it cannot be held
responsible for any complaints or problems.
SPECIAL OFFERS: All offers are subject to availability. Do check
carefully that the listed establishments are participating at your
chosen time (see key symbols), and book as early as possible. (Should
there be no availability, you may wish to ask if they could accommodate
you at another time, or if they have availability at normal rates
at the time of your choice.)
We have added and will continue to add links to other websites we
judge to be potentially interesting for visitors to our site but we
have no control over the nature and contents of those sites, and so
we imply no recommendation of any such link.
Responsibility for content, including what's written in the Guest
Book, lies with the supplier of that information or comment, not with
